Using mindfulness-based techniques that include bodywork, breath work, movement, Tantric and Taoist techniques, the Mindful Pleasure Practice is a somatic sex education practice specializing in male concerns and issues, but open to all, especially persons in the LGBTQI community. The practice offers a safer, empowering space for you to learn more about your body’s energetic potential and the practice of positive intimacy. Somatic Sex Education (soma = body) can reveal the sources of your sexual energy through work with a practitioner whose sole intention is to help you deepen your understanding of your body, your unique needs and desires, and how to mindfully enjoy the pleasure that your body yearns for.
